Job Description

Our multilingual Customer Service is the core element of our operations. The continuously growing team is split across two of our offices, one department being in Berlin and the other in Malta. For the Maltese office we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general customer service via chat, phone and email
  • Investigating and reporting on both promotional and technical issues
  • Reaching monthly business KPI’s to meet service requirements
  • Assist the Management Team with reporting on any customer issues and give insight to what is happening in the market
  • Maintain customer records by following the correct data protection procedure
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Assist the Management with other projects and duties when requested

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years’ experience within the customer service industry and understanding of the Gaming Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work on shift basis across weekdays and weekends
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work as part of a great team
