Are you keen on giving technical support and ensuring the quality of service delivery to customers?
As a Service Delivery Technician, you will be taking care of the provision of technical support at Melita’s Technical Centre for the related Network Equipment.
Primary responsibilities will include
- Service delivery and acceptance testing of internet connectivity over Fibre for business customers
- Configuration of switches / routers for new Data Centre customer setups
- Configuration and support of following voice equipment: Drayteks for analogue telephony, Baronets for BRI or PRI Telephony and Session Border Controllers (SBC) for SIP telephony
- Configuration and support of network equipment for customer LAN / Wifi infrastructures
- Technical support on VPNs
Job requirements
- Diploma in a related field or 1-3 years of work experience
- Be fluent in written English and Maltese
- Be a team player
- Be meticulous and have an eye for detail
