Job Description

​Are you a motivated, ambitious and energetic individual who enjoys a good challenge and has customer experience at heart?

The Credit Control department is looking for a Credit Control Officer to be part of the team responsible for performing controls in an effort to minimise credit risks and maximise the collection of cash and equipment whilst keeping the customer experience a top priority.

Main duties include

  • Answer calls from customers and internal employees;
  • Chase clients for payment and equipment;
  • Resolve queries on outstanding balances;
  • Liaising with various departments within the organisation;
  • Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner;
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity;
  • Update client records accordingly.

Job requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written Maltese and English;
  • Have an O’ level standard of education;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications mostly Excel and Word;
  • Have strong negotiating, analytical and communication skills;
  • Be objective-driven and persistent in approach;
  • Be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and within a team;
  • Able to work with deadlines;
  • Possession of ECDL Advanced or diploma in IT will be considered an asset.
