Job Description

Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd. which operates LABRANDA Riviera Hotel & Spa under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts is seeking to recruit Guest Relations Executive on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager, duties include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the overall content management of internet review sites, in particular to holidaycheck.de;
  • Making contact with as many guests as possible on the premises of the Hotel;
  • Acting proactively rather than reactively to any potential problems which could possibly result into complaints;
  • Obtaining feedback from guests about their holiday and the Hotel services;
  • Providing them with the correct information, advice and guidance about the Hotel facilities and services;
  • Listening attentively to the guests’ comments, any complaints and suggestions;
  • Liaising with the Hotel Management to resolve any complaints and problems in a timely fashion;
  • Following up to ensure that action has been taken to the guests’ satisfaction;
  • Encouraging satisfied guests to write positive reviews on holidaycheck.de;
  • Offering assistance and internet facilities to guests to facilitate the review upload process;
  • Checking the reviews on holidaycheck.de daily and every time when on duty to monitor positive and negative comments;
  • Helping the management with putting up appropriate comments and replies in response to customer reviews on holidaycheck.de by the Hotel if required.

The selected candidate must:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Front Office position.
  • Advanced knowledge of the German and / or French language.
  • Knowledge in other languages would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment;
  • Able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
