Job Description

To work with healthcare professionals on creating and implementing informative health awareness campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers on the design, planning and roll-out of health campaigns
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign proposals
  • Source and select appropriate suppliers
  • Communicate requirements to suppliers
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers
  • Coordination and follow up with suppliers to ensure that project specifications, guidelines, and deadlines are adhered to
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Assist with implementation of campaign-related events
  • Assist in meeting preparation (eg. setting up interviews, meetings with suppliers, etc.)
  • Keep track of campaign expenses and ensure all administrative requirements are in place for invoicing purposes
  • Prepare monthly progress reports
  • Create visually attractive campaign material (posters, flyer, factsheets) in line with branding and campaign designs
  • Source images and management of a library of images to be used in health communications
  • Carry out graphic design improvements on communications created by the Health team to ensure maximum visual impact and brand / campaign consistency across all communications and media
  • Upload campaign material to the website
  • Create social media posts
  • Set up, and propagate campaigns on social media and manage the campaign social media pages
  • Provide general administrative support

Required skills:

  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of additional design software is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of social media landscape, promotion on social media and analytical tools
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset
