Job Description

The main objective of this role is to support the administrative tasks of the senior management team. You shall be given the constant opportunity to invest in your skill-set in order to be able to take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR-related documentation and maintain HR records and employee files
  • Prepare ad hoc HR-related admin as and respond to-day to-day requests pertaining to HR
  • Supporting with general employee queries
  • Support with the EU funding applications
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Organise travel arrangements
  • Organise team building and internal events

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of basic administrative experience
  • Good IT and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Available to start with relatively short notice
  • Tertiary level qualification would be considered an asset
