Job Description
We are currently seeking a General Clerk to join the team.
Duties include
- Maintenance of corporate records including paper and electronic filing as well as archiving data in accordance with the company data-retention policy
- General office administration, updating of spreadsheets, updating contact database, reception and front office management
- Application for the STCW endorsements for officers on board a Malta-flagged vessel
- Handling and record keeping of all committees, meetings, travel and conferences
- Assist Chief Executive Officer and other colleagues with clerical duties for day-to-day activities
Mandatory competencies
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be accurate and attentive to detail
- Be well-organised
- Be capable of working well in a team
