Job Description
Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is willing to embark on a career in hospitality.
The candidate is expected to:
- Welcoming guests in a courteous manner;
- Assisting guests with luggage during check-in, check-out and room moves;
- Maximises guest in-room comfort and familiarity by conducting room orientations during luggage delivery;
- Delivering newspapers, parcels and messages;
- Recommending to guests places of interest and booking tours, and dinners accordingly;
- Maintains the appearance of the hotel lobby and main entrance.
The ideal candidate must:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally in other European languages;
- Have exceptional customer care skills;
- Be logical, accurate and able to multi-task;
- Be well-organized and possess good time management skills;
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines;
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working patterns;
- Be willing to work evening shifts, weekends and night shifts.
