In addition, candidates must be:

- Self-confident with an outgoing personality
- Committed to providing high quality throughout
- Capable of working under stressful but rewarding environments
- He or she must possess a minimum of two years experience in a busy restaurant in Malta
- Answerable to the Head Chef
