Job Description

1926, is seeking to employ the services of Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie on a full time / part-time basis.

Applicants must be strong in driving and motivating the team towards achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

In addition, candidates must be:

  • Hard working, organised, smart and flexible
  • Passionate, dedicated and creative about food
  • Self-confident with an outgoing personality
  • Committed to providing high quality throughout
  • Capable of working under stressful but rewarding environments
  • He or she must possess a minimum of two years experience in a busy restaurant in Malta
  • Answerable to the Head Chef
