Mansa Gaming is looking for a Customer Service Agent to work with our new online casino brand which is entering into the German speaking markets. This is a very unique opportunity for a self motivated, dynamic driven individual who is hungry for success.
As one of the first few customer support agents for your market, opportunities for career advancement might arise very quickly in line with the company’s growth.
In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty via numerous different channels
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to resolve inquiries
- Liaising regularly with the finance department to facilitate players’ monetary transactions
- Support other customer service team members
- Work with the VIP customers
- Support with German content and translations
- Assist management in ensuring performance goals are met
- Advising players on responsible gaming tools
- Fluent in German
- Empathy, ability to listen and come up with solutions
- Good at multi-tasking and enjoys working on a variety of different projects
- Mature and responsible to work autonomously and responsibly
Full time position, based in Sliema seafront.
