Job Description

As the national bus operator, we cover 30 million kilometres every year with our fleet of over 400 buses and a team of over 1,300 people.
The Company is seeking to recruit a mature, reliable and energetic individual for the following position in the Accounts department.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Revenue reconciliation.
- Posting of invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Update receivables and payables ledgers as necessary.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Bank payments preparation.
- Assist with end-of-month routines.
- Provide clerical support to the Finance department.
- Complete ad hoc projects and other financial activities as assigned.
- Hierarchically subordinate to the Financial Controller and the Finance department.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of standard accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Teamwork.
