The Restaurant Supervisor shall assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and supports the team to deliver the best service to our esteemed guests. The selected candidate must also oversee the smooth running of every shift to ensure consistent and efficient service with the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Managing the team in the necessary preparation of the service;
- Mentoring and constantly motivating the team to provide a better service;
- Assisting the team during service when required;
- Regularly training the team, in line with the restaurant’s brand standards;
- Driving revenue and monitoring costs according to operational requirements;
- Greeting guests and ensuring that their dining experience is a memorable one.
The selected candidate must:
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Be able to address guests needs and demands;
- Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance;
- Be knowledgeable in food and wine service;
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar post.
