Job Description

Malta International Airport plc is looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about working with people within an Airport environment and are willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Marketing and Communications department on a full-time basis.

Purpose of Position
To contribute to and assist the Marketing and Communications department in the creation and organization of its campaigns and events, handle guest feedback, queries, and investor relations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager and Marketing and Communications team in implementing campaigns and projects as set out in its yearly plan, particularly for airport shopping.
  • Directly participate in the creation of campaigns which contribute to better brand awareness, increased footfall, or a more unique visitor experience, including the facilitation of activations.
  • Work with agencies to develop brand collateral, including advertising and print materials.
  • Collection, monitoring and handling of all customer feedback, queries, and suggestions received via the various company channels, both offline and online, ensuring that adequate and timely feedback is given to guests in liaison with other departments.
  • Using the company software tool to compile and send responses as well as follow up on any pending action items.
  • Monitoring and handling all shareholder queries received by phone and online, ensuring that adequate and timely feedback is provided.
  • Administration of documentation related to the shareholder’s investments such as change of address, bank details, status, method of payment, and causa Mortis.
