Job Description

Malta Homes is a small property management, sales and letting company operating from Naxxar central Malta. We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses drive and determination having motivation to learn and progress within our organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General accounting.
  • Processing bookings.
  • General office administration.
  • Out of office work responsibilities.
  • Maintaining data.
  • Maintaining websites.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum level standard of basic bookkeeping / accounting.
  • Good knowledge of all desktop applications, particularly excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to work on own initiative.

Part-time 09:00 – 13:00 Mon – Sat (plus extra hours).

Must be flexible outside of office hours.

Full training and support provided.
