Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the candidate’s principal responsibility is to manage the purchasing activity to make sure of the timely procurement of all goods and services needed by the company.
S/he must liaise with both local and foreign suppliers to optimise the best price value and quality standards for the company. Duties also include the upkeep and maintenance of purchasing records within our purchasing computerised system and other administrative duties related to the Purchasing department.
Applicants should possess ECDL certification and be computer literate, especially on Microsoft Office and email and have an advanced level of education.
Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
