Job Description

MCST requires the service of an Administrator (HR and Administration Officer) to form part of the HR unit. Together with the HR team, the selected candidate will be required to provide administrative support in all HR and Administrative functions in the running of both MCST and ESPLORA’S administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Maltese and English, both verbally and in writing and in possession of:

MQF level 5 qualification in HR or Management or an appropriate, relevant, comparable qualification from a recognised and accredited educational institution and two (2) years and relevant work experience in the HR field. Or

MQF level 4 qualification in HR or Management or an appropriate, relevant, comparable qualification from a recognised and accredited educational institution and four (4) years and relevant work experience in the HR field.
