You should be keen on supporting your colleagues, regardless of rank and function with your knowledge and abilities in Human resources management by supporting our existing team, making it easy for the right candidates to join us, and enable the company to prosper.
You will have to represent and support your colleagues at the local authorities in regards to work permits, health insurance and other issues and you will act as the primary source of information about the local employment laws and market.
What you need to succeed:
- No fear of administration duties like maintaining personnel files, monthly payroll and processing transfers or liaising with your peers, higher management and authorities locally or abroad.
- Ability to communicate precisely in English and Maltese, combined with problem-solving skills, proper values and a good dose of empathy.
- A focused approach to the tasks at hand, combined with the ability to recognize the overall picture and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working in a similar role, as part of a multinational team is highly beneficial.
