We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for our fine dining restaurant and lounge. The restaurant is located at LURE Hotel and Spa and will operate under its own name.
- To manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- To ensure food preparation to the required standards.
- Complying with all legal requirements including food hygiene and record-keeping.
The ideal candidate must:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef.
- Maintain a high level of standards and has attention to detail.
- Be willing to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays and when the need arises.
- The ability to communicate in fluent spoken English.
