Job Description
We are currently seeking a Brand Reputation Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the media channels.
- Strengthening the brand by providing value through content, replying to online conversations, and building collaborations on social media platforms.
- Will be responsible for interacting and engaging with customers on multiple social media platforms.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions.
- Replying on review sites and report notable reviews to management.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Experience within an Igaming company in any position with customer interaction on different platforms.
- Experience in Brand Reputation or Social Media.
- Fluency in multiple language will be considered an asset.
