Job Description
Lewis Press Limited is a certified pharmaceutical packaging supplier operating to the ISO9001:2015 and PS9000:2016 code of practice. The facility situated in Hal-Far has been specifically designed for its intended purpose and has been operational since 2004.
The duties of the Pre-Press Operator include:
- Carries out the whole process from the imposition of an approved artwork to checking of litho-plates
- Process of receipt of artworks from the customers, manipulation thereof, submission of artwork in PDF for customer approval
- Assists the Pre-Press Manager in the administrative running of the department
- Outputting of Litho-plates using CTP equipment
Applicants are expected to have a good understanding of English and able to fill in documents efficiently. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is required.
Extensive technical and GMP training will be planned and conducted.
