Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Representative to join our technical team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our clients, ensuring that their scientific equipment operates seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration services for hardware and software systems.
- Conduct qualification and training sessions for clients to ensure optimal use of their equipment.
- Work effectively as a team member and independently, maintaining high standards of service.
- Stay updated with new technologies through training provided both locally and abroad.
- Adhere to strict GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures while working in client laboratories.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics, Informatics Technology, or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a regulated laboratory is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and a keen interest in hardware and software of scientific equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Clean driving license.
- Willingness to work in laboratories under strict GLP/GMP procedures.
