Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in client accounting
- Carrying out office secretarial / administrative duties
- Carrying out ad hoc duties as may be deemed necessary
The ideal candidate must be:
- Fluent in English and ideally in Maltese
- Be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office
- Be organised and demonstrate high attention to detail
- Have the right attitude and are able to work on own initiative and within a small team
- Must have a minimum A’ level standard of education ideally in accounting
Previous experience will be considered an asset although on-the-job training will be provided.
