​The Role
We are currently looking for Trainers to join our Advisory People and Change team. The selected candidates will be required to provide high-quality training sessions in basic English and / or Maltese to foreigners residing in Malta.

​Training sessions will be delivered with the aim of improving the employment potential of prospective candidates. Each training session will last between 2 and 4 hours, delivery time is flexible and may be both in the morning and evening.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing necessary training sessions (all training material will be provided) together with providing the necessary administrative support.

​We are looking for both English and Maltese Trainers who:

  • English Trainers: ​Hold an ELT teaching permit (essential). English teachers holding an educational degree or diploma will also be considered for this role.
  • Maltese Trainers: Hold a train the trainer certificate and at a minimum an A’ level qualification (MQF level 4) in Maltese (Essential). Maltese teachers holding an educational degree or diploma will also be considered for this role.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
  • Have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Are smart in appearance.
  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
