Job Description

KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions is looking for a motivated Dutch Customer Support Agent who will deal with international client queries mainly in the Dutch market.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of MBS Support Management Portal.
  • Receives calls reporting issues from customers, seeks for issue relevant information and creates issue logs in the Support Management Portal.
  • Providing 1st line assistance, triaging incidents and assigning them to the correct teams.
  • Gets familiar with systems supported by the area.
  • Maintains a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues.
  • Takes ownership of support issues and seeks closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.
  • Ensures that second-line support provides periodical updates on issue resolution progress and records this information in Support Management Portal.
  • Escalation of more complex calls to the relevant support team members.
  • Answer the telephone and greets / helps visitors in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer supporting skills.
  • Needs to be able to communicate professionally in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of other European languages, especially French or Spanish, would be considered and asset
  • Have previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O/BC/ however training will be offered.
  • Would be eager to be trained on MBS solutions.
  • Participation in an out of hours support rota.
  • May need to work after hours to ensure that we are keeping to SLAs.
