Job Description

KPMG Crimsonwing is part of KPMG and focuses on business consultancy and IT solution implementations within the fields of ERP, CRM and e-Commerce. For our office in Malta, we are looking for a Partner Account Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Tracking and reporting financial data
  • Organise and maintain a filing system for company documents
  • Answer queries by employees
  • Create and Update procedure documentation as needed
  • Maintain a Microsoft training calendar and track attendees
  • Build and maintain a list of employee certifications
  • Support in the preparation of reports and internal
  • Provide and revoke employee rights to portals
  • Regularly monitor employee rights
  • Co-ordinate and execute administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision
