The role
We are currently looking for an Administrative Executive to join our Corporate Accounting Advisory Services.
The responsibilities of the selected individual would include
- Handle routine team matters;
- Job scheduling;
- Assist in the process of onboarding our clients, including engagement evaluations in line with our Global Quality and Risk Management policies as well as contracting;
- Collaborate with members within the team and act as the key contact person across our infrastructural departments;
- Escalate any issues which may affect the daily operations of the team in a timely manner;
- Coordinate and support with the preparation of client proposals;
- Coordinate the training needs of the team;
- Support in the enhancement of the team’s processes and procedures as well as the operation of various internal controls;
- Assist with the upkeep of the team’s data repository including scanning and filing of documents;
- Support top management with ad hoc operational requests including scheduling appointments and setting up of internal / external meetings;
- Other general office duties as required from time to time.
Qualifications and attributes
The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least an A’ level standard of education. Candidates holding a diploma in Administrative and Secretarial Studies or equivalent is preferred but not a requirement;
- Show dedication, attention to detail and a desire for excellence;
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Have good administration and organizational skills;
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Be proficient in written and spoken English;
- Be organized, diligent, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
- Be willing to learn and possess a can-do attitude;
- Be able to adapt depending on the needs of the function and the business;
- Have the ability to organise tasks according to their priority;
- Have a smart appearance;
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
