Job Details:

  • Prepare paperwork for new hires and terminations
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding preparations
  • Keep staff attendance reports
  • Maintain employee personal files
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies and procedure are followed and up to date
  • General office upkeep
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, training groups and assisting with employee schedules.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels
  • Producing reports and composing correspondence
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment issues
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, coordination invoicing and ensuring office maintenance is carried out
  • Take care of clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events
  • Design and implement filing systems
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

  • Between €18,000 – €21,000 dependant on experience.
