Job Description

An established medical equipment and consumables importer, distributor and retailer is looking to engage a Business-to-Business (B2B) Medical Sales Executive on a full-time basis.

The B2B Medical Sales Executive’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Visiting clients on a regular basis.
  • Offering guidance and suggesting products specific to customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts.
  • Researching and recommending prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Preparing quotations and bids for private tenders as necessary.
  • Researching and analysing sales options.
  • Staying current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or
    recommend new products.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Experience working with a medical supplier will be considered an asset.
  • Preferably possess a recognised qualification in Nursing, Care Worker or a related field.

A competitive basic salary plus commission will be offered to the right candidate.
