Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a creative twist to join our team!

If you are a word-savvy, a marketing-minded individual who is into Digital and you are constantly looking for ways to always “take it to the next level”, then we would like to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign development, management and execution on multiple platforms and channels.
  • Research and analysis of various industries, competitors and market data.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, FB Business Manager and LinkedIn to monitor performance.
  • Perform keyword research for SEO.
  • Display and search advertising campaigns.
  • Produce performance metrics for campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements, together with the end of campaign reports.
  • Design and produce high-quality visuals for social media, online and print, in accordance with the company’s brand.
  • Organise periodic events.
  • Create website, blog and PR content.
  • Manage marketing budgets.
  • Report to the Managing Director while working closely with the internal team and suppliers.

What you need to have:

  • Proven track record and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in graphic design.
  • Experience with customer acquisition, retention strategies, customer relations and brand improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in developing brand identities and executing marketing campaigns throughout various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with employees, suppliers and customers.
  • Proficiency in design-related software, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience of HTML would be considered an advantage.
