We are currently seeking to recruit a responsible Customer Relations Administrator to deal with client vacancy posts and requests for the Keepmeposted job board!

The Task At Hand
- Receive client requests for job posts
- Proof-read job descriptions and make necessary amendments
- Post job vacancies
- Identify opportunities to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Handle data inputting and administrative duties as necessary
- Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliation and daily / monthly reporting
Skills Required
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- Native English language, both written and spoken

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
