Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit goal-oriented, self-directed individuals who are constantly striving to exceed expectations with an enthusiastic sales attitude to join our team of Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling financial products to continuously enhance the lifetime financial wellness of clients as well as to safeguard the financial future of their families
  • Generating new business through the use of various platforms
  • Attending client meetings and liaising with clients over the phone, video conferencing, as well as face-to-face
  • Completing all administrative and reporting duties in a timely manner
  • Establishing and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English language
  • SEC Grades 1-5 or MQF equivalent level 3 in:
    • English
    • Maltese or any other language
    • Business related subject
    • Valid driving licence and own vehicle
    • Must have the aptitude to become fit and proper as per the MFSA requirements
    • Previous sales experience will be considered an asset
