The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop into an Office Coordinator role. Work as part of a global Office Management team environment where we enable people to work together at their best and bring meaning and value in everything they do. The Kambi team here in Malta office is made up of 40 amazing colleagues who are caring and fun. We are looking for a team player as an Office Coordinator who is super dedicated to always learn how they can take better care of the office and who enjoys working in a structured way. The role requires work offering support and working in the office a minimum 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Keep the office a welcoming working environment:
- Ensure the office space is in very good shape and take proactively all the necessary actions
- Liaise with contractors, book repairs and maintenance tasks and escort contractors on-site
- Ensure the office is super clean by coordinating the cleaning suppliers (schedule checks, reinforcements, instructions)
- Keep the office fully compliant and efficient:
- Implement all office-related policies as required
- Organize and monitor the implementation of all the health and safety office requirements
- Monitor the contract terms implementation with all external suppliers and place relevant orders
- Manage relationships with the office vendors / service providers and ensure they are paid on time
- Coordinate NSO Statistics and Risk Assessment regular submissions as instructed
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- Manage access to the office
- Other day-to-day administrative tasks may come with the job, such as general reception tasks
- Keep the team happy:
- Plan and execute company events, engagement and fun activities for our Malta office ( office anniversary, Kambi celebrations and events, snacks in the office, summer and winter team events, office library etc.)
- Keep the team well-informed via available internal communication channels
- Don’t forget to learn and grow in your role:
- You will be given the chance to develop in your current role and work on global projects with your global peers aiming to create consistency and value across all offices

- Be very organized and thorough in how you perform your work to complete tasks successfully
- Show attention to detail and problem-solving skills as looking after the office comes with day-to-day challenges
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills as you will interact with all of our employees, management and external suppliers
- Show care in everything you do as your work makes a difference in the overall workplace engagement
- Have a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Tertiary education level is required
