The team
You’ll be joining Kambi’s global Finance team, made up of around 20 professionals covering our 7 locations. The role will report into our Finance Manager and will be looking after the purchase and sales ledger, banking and month-end routines for the Malta location. This position will involve collaborating with colleagues globally.

The role

  • Managing the full purchase ledger cycle – processing all invoices and matching them to POs, preparing supplier payments and reconciling supplier accounts
  • Responsible for sales ledger which will include posting all sales invoices in Sage, allocating sales receipts to outstanding invoices and reconciling customer accounts
  • Daily and month-end banking tasks such as preparing and posting monthly journals, reconciling intercompany balances, revaluing currency accounts, reconciling balance sheets and payroll reconciliation
  • Updating and reconciling bank books

Ideally, you’ll have

  • Be in the process of obtaining ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications
  • Relevant experience in purchase ledger, cash book management and reconciliations and month-end routines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools with a focus on Excel
  • Proactive and has a good eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
