If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimise Kale & Crumble’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Kale & Crumble is an artisan gastro-bakery which will be opening soon in the heart of the Central Business District. We will be providing our guests with a unique dining experience with a modern and contemporary twist whilst also enabling anyone wishing to work remotely, to book a desk or a meeting room in our private office area dedicated to this purpose. We are pioneering a new gastro-bakery culinary approach in Malta offering an extensive range of fresh and authentic food using the finest quality ingredients sourced from local procedures and suppliers from Malta and some regions in Italy.

The candidate needs to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The candidate will also be working with the third-party Marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

General Duties and Responsibilities
The employee shall be responsible for the following matters:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Has previous experience with WordPress.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence on multiple social media platforms.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimises user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies for future collaborations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in digital marketing and strategic management or proven working experience in this section.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g. Facebook Ads manager and LinkedIn Ads manager)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
