Joseph Borg Ltd is looking to employ a mature and reliable individual as an Administrative Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • General office duties, sorting and filing of paperwork
  • Respond to the vendor, client and internal requests
  • Reconciliation of invoices and credit notes
  • Update clients and supermarkets with any price changes
  • Data inputting and assisting with other duties required by management

Qualities and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in clerical duties and general administration
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel

Attributes and skills required:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Maltese and English

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and know-how.

Applicants must be living in Malta for the last 12 months and must be in possession of a Maltese social security number, together with a work permit.
