Job Description
To sustain its ongoing growth, the company is looking for full-time and part-time Sales Assistants to join its well-established organization.
The positions call for outgoing, helpful and confident individuals with a flair for sales together with a good understanding of good customer service practices.
Applicants must also have a good command of the English language, must be capable of working on their own initiative and have excellent organizational skills.
The selected candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Greeting customers and offering assistance;
- Recommending products to help customers identify and purchase products they require;
- Answering customers’ questions and addressing concerns; and
- Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset; however, the company will provide extensive training to the chosen candidate and will therefore also consider applications from motivated and inexperienced individuals. Only persons already living in Malta need to apply.
