Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can work on their own initiative with minimal supervision. Having strong technical knowledge, being service-oriented, possessing strong interpersonal skills and having excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are key qualities required for this role.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • To manage and maintain the condominium common areas
  • Liaising and coordinating works with engaged sub-contractors for maintenance
  • Operating and supporting the security and cleaning operations to liaise with administration, owners, and tenants over the progress of works and services
  • Procurement, administration and supervision of facilities service contracts
  • Administering and reporting on key performance indicators both internally and externally
  • Undertaking and reporting inspections of managed property
  • Assisting with the administrative support of the property management function
  • Setting up and operating a CAFM software system
  • Assisting and chairing contractors’ meetings
  • Financial administration of facility management contracts
  • Quality assurance compliance
  • Ensure relevant records are maintained and up to date
  • Inspect cleaning / security services on all sites
  • Overseeing with strong technical knowledge of general site maintenance and cleaning equipment, maintaining all generators, mechanical, electrical, ventilation and other installations on site

As a Condominium Property and Facility Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for various on-site services. You will need to be a key team player and work collaboratively to ensure the services are consistently delivered to our clients at a high standard.
