Job Description

JF Group is looking for an organized person to assist the Compliance Officer in providing administrative support, including auditing of ISO 9008, 14001 and 18001 processes and documentation, office level H&S support, controlling document management systems including contract management system, tendering processes and KPIs monitoring, general IT, cyber security and GDPR compliance controls.

Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist Compliance Officer in performing compliance monitoring / reviews
  • Assist in the tendering process
  • General document control activities
  • Ensure the use of standardized forms and templates
  • Other ad hoc clerical duties as assigned
  • Providing support for related administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field with relevant experience working in a similar role
  • Possess at least 1-year relevant working experience
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • Able to work well independently as well as in teams
  • Possess initiative, logical thinking and good analytical abilities
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook 365
