We have been fabricating stunning bespoke glass, wood and steel features for new builds and refurbishments across the Maltese Islands for more than two decades. With an emphasis on open, modern, and light designs, our Bespoke Fabrication’s are supplied to create a real ‘wow’ factor and a focal point within a dwelling, a commercial, or industrial entity.

Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Office Administration Clerk who will be working daily on managing administration jobs related to employees and clients, both commercial and residential.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Preparing essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
  • Handling human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll.
  • Answering and responding to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
  • Managing basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Preparing and mail bills, contracts, and invoices.
  • Helping with office management and organization processes.
  • Regularly checking and maintaining records of necessary office supplies.
  • Planning and booking travel arrangements and venues for company events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position.
  • Degree or qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • English speaking and writing, and Maltese and Italian would also bring great value to the position.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, and multimedia instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes. The Sage and Data Byte Core knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
