Job Description

Overall Objectives
The Administration Clerk will be responsible for communicating with the governmental energy sector and meet any requirements set. Must be very organised in achieving all documentation to support application on client’s PV system.

Good communication skills are required when coordinating with both clients and sales representatives aiming to achieve a successful feed in tariff application. Application must meet requirements and deadlines set by the energy sector.


  • Compiling government applications and submitting
  • Preparation and execution of feed in tariff applications, tender and grant applications
  • Coordinating communication and cooperation with government authorities and relevant institutions in the energy sector
  • Liaising between clients and sales representatives
  • Organising applications and client’s files


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook required
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience within the PV industry will be given preference
