Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk with experience in Sage Line 50 and Excel to manage financial records, process invoices, and support the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data accurately into Sage Line 50 and Excel
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Maintain and update financial records
- Assist with preparing reports and audits
- Handle payroll tasks
- Handle basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience using Sage Line 50 and proficiency in Excel
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Education:
- Accounting / Finance qualification preferred but not essential
