Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the General Manager in all strategic marketing plans, promotions, and campaign-related activities.
Responsibilities include:
- To be fully conversant with company policies and abide accordingly.
- Conform to Is-Suq Tal-Belt, and other brand standards and corporate identity.
- To be creative and innovative in all modus operandi of the department.
- Support General Manager with creating, planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Source suppliers for all marketing collateral material.
- Food brands and appropriateness.
- Implement campaigns.
- Chase and interact with third parties who provide services to the Marketing department at Is-Suq Tal-Belt.
- Content planning, creation, uploading and monitoring of social media.
- Managing social media platforms and replying where necessary.
- Manage entertainment at Is-Suq with budgets.
- Creating reports and gathering data in order to analyse further.
- Creation and management of lead-generating competitions and campaigns.
- Keeping abreast with industry marketing and actively participating in creating, planning, implementing and reporting of campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Currently living in Malta.
- Can-do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost management.
- Intermediate level of IT skills.
