The International Trade & Forfaiting Association (ITFA), an association based in Zurich, Switzerland, which is the worldwide trade association for companies, financial institutions and intermediaries engaged in trade and forfaiting, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join its secretariat and assist with the running of the organisation.
The post, which will be based in Malta, is being offered on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Head of secretariat, the prospective candidate will possess some years of experience working in office administration and would be willing to allocate a maximum of 20 hours a week to the job.
Amongst other things, the tasks of the Administrator will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with the board members, regional committees and associates;
- Website maintenance;
- Publishing of monthly newsletter;
- Membership maintenance;
- Assisting with event organising;
- Other tasks as may be required by the board.
Training will be provided.
