As the Retail Supervisor for International Fashion at The Bay Street Shopping Complex, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, managing, and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
As such, your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the retail outlets, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales figures, stock levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff.
