Il-Veduta Pizzeria and Restaurant in Rabat, a well-established restaurant which has been in operation for almost 30 years, is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to complement our kitchen staff.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Preparation of food items, including labelling and storing of foods at correct temperatures.
- Working at assigned stations and assisting other chefs during service.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a high volume kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work variable shifts.
The ideal candidates must have a pleasant personality, the ability to communicate in spoken English and / or Maltese and have their own transportation. A passion for food is essential.
