Project Manager

One of Ignite.mt’s clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The client works in the post-building construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects. You will work closely with a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets


• Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors


• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any potential issues


• Ensure that all projects comply with all applicable targets and regulations


• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress


• Manage the project budget and ensure that costs are kept within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


• 2+ years of experience in a similar role


• Strong project management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• Ability to communicate well in both Maltese and English
