About the role
As a PSP Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships and operations with payment service providers (PSPs). You will negotiate contracts, oversee PSP integration, and implement new payment solutions while analyzing payment data to identify trends and improve processes. The PSP Manager also manages the budget and resources related to the PSP, ensuring optimal allocation. Your expertise in fostering partnerships, driving operational efficiency, and staying at the forefront of technological advancements contributes to the company’s growth, profitability, and delivery of exceptional iGaming experiences.
What you’ll do
- Overseeing day-to-day PSP operations, addressing customer inquiries and payment processing issues.
