Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an HR and Recruitment Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
  • Be involved in and contribute to other HR projects as requested
  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  • Ensure that tasks, assignments and other assigned duties are kept confidential
  • Facilitate the recruitment process through job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and offering roles to expediently fill  vacancies in a timely and cost-sensitive manner
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications and Assets:

  • Previous work experience as an HR Assistant or a similar role in a Human Resource department
  • Possess a complete understanding of human resource practices and industry trends
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexible with work schedule to accommodate last-minute requests
  • Able to integrate and work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated level of professionalism and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
