Job Description
A well-established 4-star hotel in Qawra has a vacancy for a Night Manager.
The chosen candidate will serve as a Manager on duty during the night and hence will be representing the hotel’s management.
The Night Manager has to provide leadership and support to all members of staff in various departments during the night.
The ideal candidate would be required to:
- Ensure that the hotel’s operational procedures are adhered to by all members of the team.
- Oversee the hotel’s night operation whilst seeing that the hotel’s standards are kept.
- Attend in a prompt and efficient manner to queries raised by guests.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all staff members.
Excellent written and spoken English language is essential and applicants with hospitality experience will be given preference. Must be allowed to work in Malta.
