Hotel Santana, a well-established 4-star, 250-roomed hotel in Qawra offering a multi range of facilities, catering for a very diverse clientele, is seeking to employ a General Manager.
The responsibilities of the General Manager involve all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, human resource development, property upkeep, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and yield.
The General Manager will be required to ensure motivation, cohesion and development across all hotel departments and to report on the hotel’s performance in a timely and consistent manner. The candidate will be expected to develop the hotel business in line with the company’s standards and values.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and be conversant with sales and marketing developments and online business.
Applicants should have proven management experience gained in a similar multi-function operational role within the hotels sector, and work experience in Malta.
The ideal candidate will be a committed self-motivated individual with a track record in delivering optimum results.
